Cambridge Board Upper Secondary IGCSE Exam Pattern: The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) was created by the University of Cambridge International Examinations. The IGCSE course is a two-year programme for students aged 14 to 16, beginning with Class 9. Students who take IGCSE exams will receive a globally recognised qualification.
According to the IGCSE curriculum, there will be only one stage exam for each subject. Following the exam, students will be provided grades according to the marks obtained by them. IGCSE offers a broad and flexible study programme that includes CB Upper Secondary IGCSE exam syllabus and subjects from a wide range of disciplines. For each subject taken, a “IGCSE” qualification is awarded. Now, talking about the grading system under the exam pattern of IGCSE, the grade threshold is the minimum grade or marks that a candidate must obtain in each exam taken.
