  1. Scanned copy of recent passport size colour photo against a white background. The file size should be between 4 kb to 12 kb and a dimension of 100 pixels width X 140 pixels height in jpg format.
  2. Scanned copy of signature on a plain white paper of size between 1kb to 12kb with a dimension of 40 pixels width X 60 pixels height in jpg or jpeg format.
