Every year, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) organises the FCI online exam to recruit the best candidates for the Manager posts in various fields such as General, Depot, Movement, Account, Technical Engineer Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineer and in different zones. FCI Manager Salary

Candidates chosen for the position of FCI Manager receive a competitive salary package from Food Corporation of India. The managers will receive the starting basic pay of Rs. 40,000 per month as Officers in Category 2 (for a training period of six months). However, the basic salary of an FCI Manager ranges between 40,000 and 1,40000. They will also be qualified for Dearness Allowance, House Keep Up Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance.

FCI Manager Nationality

Candidates should fulfil the following nationality requirements while applying for the FCI Manager Grade 2 position:

  • They must be a citizen of India.
  • He or she is a refugee from Tibet who arrived in India prior to January 1, 1962.
  • A person of Indian origin who moved to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Kenya, Uganda, and the United Republic of Tanzania to establish themselves permanently.
