FCI Exam Pattern 2022: Check Section-wise Questions & Marking Scheme

FCI Exam Pattern 2022: FCI (Food Corporation of India) will release an FCI 2022 Recruitment notification for Junior Engineers, Stenographers, Typists, Watchmen, Assistant Grade 3, and other positions soon. According to the previous year’s notification, candidates will go through three rounds of the selection process: Phase I, Phase II, and Skill Test (depending on the post applied).

Candidates need to qualify for all the stages of the selection process to get recruited. All the questions in both phases are multiple-choice. There is a negative marking for wrong answers equivalent to 1/4th the designated mark of a question. Candidates must be fully aware of the FCI Exam Pattern 2022 at the very beginning of their preparation.

For some posts candidates only need to attend one paper in Phase II, while for others they need to attend two papers. Educational Qualification

The educational qualification necessary to apply to various posts in FCI is given below.

Steno. Grade- IIGraduate along with O’ level qualification of DOEACC and speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively or Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application with the speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively.
Typist (Hindi)(1)  Graduation or equivalent.
(2)  30 w.p.m speed in Hindi Typing.
(3)  Preference will be given to the candidates knowing bilingual typing (English and Hindi) and Computer knowledge.
AG-III (General)Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with proficiency in computers.
AG-III (Accounts)Bachelor of Commerce from a recognised University with proficiency in computers.
AG-III (Technical)1. B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognised University. Or
2. B.Sc. with any of the following subjects from a recognised University:
Botany / Zoology / Bio-Technology/Bio-Chemistry/ Microbiology / Food Science.

1. B. Tech / BE in Food Science/Food Science and Technology/Agricultural Engineering / Bio-Technology from a recognised University / institution approved by AICTE.
2. Proficiency in computers.
AG-III (Depot)Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with proficiency in the use of computers.
AG-II (Hindi)Essential:
1.  Degree in a recognised University with Hindi as the main subject.
2.  Proficiency in English.
3. 1-year experience of translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa. Desirable –
Post Graduate qualification in Hindi.
J.E. (Civil Engineering)Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering + 1-year experience.
J.E. (Electrical Mechanical)Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering + 1-year experience in the case of Diploma holders only.
