IDBI Bank Executive Salary

The bank appoints candidates for the post of Executive on a contractual basis. Initially, the contract will be for a period of one year. However, the bank may extend the contract on a year-to-year basis for a further period of two years. The extension will be based on satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies at the relevant point in time, and any other criteria.

On successful completion of three years of contractual service, Executives become eligible for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A) through a selection process conducted by IDBI. Candidates can check the lump sum/ fixed remuneration for Executives below:
