The students are required to submit the KV tuition fees within the first 15 days only in the month specified by Kendriya Vidyalaya. Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees Structure Details

  • Quarter Fee: The quarter fee is also known as the Tuition fee. KVS collects tuition fees on a quarterly basis during January, April, July and October.
  • Advance Fee: Students can pay the academic year fee/annual fee in advance. The advance fee can be paid for one academic year at a time. It can be paid only in January, April, July, and October.
  • Arrear Fee: The arrear fee can be paid only for one academic year. It can be paid in successive months to previous months or with the next quarter fee.
  • New Admission Fee: To be paid in the first quarter after admission.
  • Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (VVN): Students are required to pay VVN, which is used for the development of that particular school.

KVS accepts payment of fees through both offline and online modes.

Students can pay the KVS fee online through the official website of KVS or visit the Union Bank of India Kendriya Vidyalaya fees. The links for both are already given in the article. Students/parents can utilise the Union Fee Pay service and make the payment through any credit card or debit card, net banking, or PoS. KV fees online payment 2022 can also be made via any bank mobile banking application.

Students can also pay the fee offline through a system-generated fee challan. This challan is available on the Union Bank website or KVS. Students can also pay the Kendriya Vidyalaya fees by depositing cash or cheque at any of the Union Bank branches across India.

  • On the homepage, students should go to the Academics section and click on UBI Fee Collection.

  • A new page will open with a login window where they must enter their 15-digit Student Unique ID, Date of Birth, and captcha and click the Submit button.
  • A new page will open again with all the fee details.
  • Now, candidates have to enter their mobile number and email ID, and click on Pay Now
  • In this step, candidates can pay the fees using debit cards, mobile banking or PoS.

Alternatively, candidates can visit the Union Bank of India Kendriya Vidyalaya fees page directly to pay the fee.

KV Online Fee Payment Using Mobile Banking

To pay the KVS fees using mobile banking, candidates can follow the below steps:

  • Install their bank’s Netbanking application from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). For e.g SBI or ICICI, or Union Bank.
  • Go to the IMPS/NEFT option.
  • Enter your mobile banking PIN.
  • Enter Beneficiary Mobile No. and MMID No. Enter the beneficiary mobile number as 9868577463 and MMID No. as 9026963.
  • In this step, candidates should fill in the exact fee amount and enter the student’s Unique ID number.
  • Click on the Submit button. Once you have reached this step, you will have successfully submitted the KVS fees online using mobile banking.

Candidates who do not have access to mobile banking, internet banking, or any other online payment mode can pay the KVS fee using challan.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Payment Using Challan (Offline Mode)

Parents and students have the facility to pay the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan fee via a system-generated KV fee challan. Follow the steps below to pay the KVS fee using bank challan in offline mode:

  • Step 1: Visit the official link to generate challan: epay.unionbankofindia.co.in/kvchallan
  • Step 2: Candidates will be directed to the login window upon clicking on the link.
  • Step 3: Now they should enter the Student’s Unique ID, Date of Birth and Captcha.
  • Step 4: Candidates should click on the link that says “Click Here to Generate Challan and Print Receipt”.
  • Step 5: They should take the challan to the nearest Union Bank and pay the KV fees 2022.
