NIACL AO Selection Process 2023: The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) describes the hiring process for Generalist Administrative Officer Scale-I (AO) in its official notification. NIACL AO 2023 Recruitment Process

For the NIACL AO 2023 exam, interested applicants will have to undergo a selection procedure that includes an online test, followed by another objective and descriptive test, and an interview. The qualified candidates will finally go for medical examination. Although the medical test will be only for qualification purposes, they should not take it lightly.

The NIACL AO Selection Procedure 2023 consists of the following stages:

• Stage 2: NIACL AO Mains Exam
• Stage 3: NIACL AO Interview Process

NIACL AO Selection Stage 1: Prelims Exam

The preliminary examination is the initial stage of selection. The questions in this test will come from the English, Reasoning, and Numerical/Quantitative Aptitude sections. • 2nd Step: Use the mobile number/email to log in.
• 3rd Step: Click on the menu bar “Getting a Government Job”.
• 4th Step: Select the Goal “Insurance” from the Dropdown and click on “Next”.
• 5th Step: Search and select “NIACL AO Prelims” on the search bar and click on “Next”.
• 6th Step: Select the preferred language and click on “Done”.

• 8th Step: Scroll down to the “Subjects” section.
• 9th Step: Click on any NIACL AO Prelims subjects.
• 10th Step: Scroll down to click on the chapters from the selected subject to begin the practice.

NIACL AO Selection Stage 2: Mains Exam

The Mains Examination is the second round in NIACL AO Selection Process. This test consists of an objective exam worth 200 marks and a descriptive test worth 30 marks. NIACL AO Descriptive Test

The NIACL AO Descriptive Test will be conducted for 30 marks. It will be an English Language test consisting of a letter and essay writing. The total duration for this test is 30 minutes. This test will be administered online in English.

NIACL AO Selection Stage 3: Interview Process

Candidates who get shortlisted at the end of Phase 2 will be asked to participate in an interview round as part of the selection process. Interviews will take place in several centres. The weightage ratio of online tests and interviews will be 75:25, respectively.

Note: The mains examination and interview scores will be used to determine the final selection. The final merit list for the NIACL AO will be generated in decreasing order of the candidates’ combined marks. Applicants on the merit list who fall within the number of available positions will be considered for appointment.
