UIIC Assistant Admit Card 2023: United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) will soon issue the UIIC Assistant exam call letter on its official website, www.uiic.co.in. Candidates who registered and submitted online applications for 300 Assistant posts will be allowed to download their respective UIIC Assistant exam hall ticket by using registration no. & date of birth.

How To Download UIIC Assistant Admit Card

Here is a step-by-step procedure for downloading the UIIC exam call letter:

First, candidates log on to the official website, uiic.co.in.
Then, click on the ‘Recruitment’ section and look for the link to UIIC Assistant Admit Card 2023.
Now, fill out all the necessary details without any errors.
Then, click on the submit button.
Your UIIC Assistant exam call letter will shown on the screen.
Download it and check all the details from it.
Finally, take a printout of your UIIC Assistant admit card to take the hard copy to the exam centre on exam day.

Documents Required for UIIC Assistant Exam 2023

The candidates need to bring the following document as identity proof along with the UIIC Assistant exam admit card, such as:

Photograph
PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with Photograph
Photo identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer on official letterhead
Photo identity proof issued by a People’s Representative on official letterhead
Valid recent Identity Card issued by a recognized College/ University/ Aadhar card (or) E-Aadhar card with photograph
Employee ID
Bar Council Identity Card

Candidates should submit a photocopy of the Identity proof along with a call letter to the invigilators.

UIIC Assistant Admit Card 2024

Here are some general instructions for candidates:

Candidates must note that the name appearing on the call letter (provided during the registration process) should match the name appearing on the photo identity proof.
Candidates may be required to be at the venue for about 4 hours before the actual time of the examination.
If there is any mismatch between the name indicated in the admit card and the photo identity proof the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
Any request for a change in examination centre/venue/date/session shall not be entertained.
The choice of center once chosen by the candidate will be final.
However, the company reserves the right to cancel any Examination Centres and add some other Centres, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
UIIC may send the admit cards for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID.
