It is necessary for all aspiring candidates to take note of all the available criteria, as only those who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be permitted to fill out the test application form. If a particular candidate is found to fill incorrect details in the form or is found not to be eligible, then the application of that particular candidate will be rejected in the early stages.
With a valid XAT score, a candidate can apply for any of the programmes run by XLRI. The eligibility criteria for each XAT programme vary. Check the table below to know the eligibility norms of XAT programmes:
|Human Resource Management (HRM)
|A particular candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree from any given field from a recognised university or institution. Furthermore, candidates who are in their final year of graduation by the 2nd week of June 2023 may apply for the same.
|Business Management (BM)
|A candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or institution in any field. Candidates who are in their final year of graduation by the 2nd week of June 2023 may apply for the same.
|General Management Programme
|Candidates need to possess a graduation degree which they may have obtained from both in India or in a foreign nation with at least 5 years of experience at the supervisor or at the managerial level by the 31st of March, 2020. They might apply by either their GMAT score or their XAT 2023 score, provided that they had appeared for the examinations between the period of 1st December 1, 2019, to December 31, 2022.
The candidates will first need to enrol themselves for the XAT 2023 so that they can start by filling up the application form. After having registered successfully, the candidates shall then be provided with login credentials, among other such details. They will also be needed to log in back one more time so as to complete the process of application.
