The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi conducts the AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam every year for admission to MBBS course in the seven campuses of AIIMS.
AIIMS is considered to be the most acclaimed and quite legendary medical institute and hospital in India. It is a doorway to the ever-evolving field of medicine, new discoveries, advancements in treatment mechanisms for many medical aspirants. AIIMS gives admission to their students through their own entrance test. It is needless to say that the preparation for the national level exam demands soulful dedication, an extreme level of perseverance and hard work from each aspirant for a successful survival in the cut-throat competition.
807 seats were made available for aspirants to apply to across 9 different AIIMS institutes, including the two new ones in Guntur and Nagpur. At least 200 more seats will be added in 2019.
Important Dates for AIIMS MBBS 2019
As per the dates released by AIIMS New Delhi on November 17, 2018, registration for AIIMS MBBS 2019 has begun from November 30, 2018, and will end by 5.00 PM on January 3, 2019. AIIMS MBBS will be conducted on May 25 and May 26, 2019. The result of AIIMS MBBS 2019 will be declared on June 12, while the counselling process will take place over the months of July and September.

AIIMS Application Form 2019
The AIIMS MBBS application form 2019 has been released by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi, from November 30, 2018, onwards. AIIMS New Delhi will be the official body responsible for the AIIMS MBBS 2019 admission process.
The last date for applying for AIIMS MBBS 2019 is January 3, 2019, at 5:00 P.M.
Guidelines for filling the form:
A candidate seeking to apply for the entrance examination is required to fill up the registration form available online along with the prospectus at www.aiimsexams.org. Candidate should fill in the online application form without leaving any column blank.
ONLINE REGISTRATION & SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM:
After selecting the online registration, fill the details required for the payment of the prescribed fee through Debit/Credit cards/Net Banking and fill all details required in the application form.
It will be the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that correct address, mobile number and E-mail address are entered in the Application Form.
Incomplete application/registration slip will be rejected and no communication in this regard will be entertained. No candidates should register more than one application.
All applicants are required to ensure that photo/thumb impression/signature are uploaded according to the
size and format are given in the prospectus. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of applications.
Duplicate applications from any applicant will result in cancellation of all such applications. No intimation regarding such summary rejections will be provided.
PROCESS FOR CHECKING OF STATUS OF PHOTO/THUMB IMPRESSION/SIGNATURE OF REGISTRATION SLIPS RECEIVED:
Acknowledgement with regard to successful online registration will be forwarded to the registered email ID of the applicants.
The status of registration will be available on AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.org in the first week of March 2018.
Candidates are advised to check the status of their application form on the website. If the status of the application form is not available on the website, he/she should immediately contact with the Assistant Controller of Examinations, AIIMS, New Delhi-110 608 along with full particulars of the registration of application form by sending an email at email@example.com.

The application fees for AIIMS MBBS 2019 is tabulated below:
- Should have attained the age of 17 years as on 31st December 2019
- Should have passed or have appeared for 12th grade exams from CBSE, ICSC or from an equivalent board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects.
- The minimum aggregate of marks scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English should not be less than 60% for General and OBC category and 50% for SC/ST/OPH candidates.
AIIMS Marking Scheme/Pattern
- Each right answer will fetch you 1 mark
- Each incorrect answer would lead to a negative 1/3 mark
- No marks for questions left unanswered

Preparation tips for AIIMS:
AIIMS MBBS 2019 results will be declared on July 12, 2019.
AIIMS MBBS 2019 Counselling will be conducted in online mode. The counselling process for AIIMS MBBS 2019 will commence from the first week of July 2019. The counselling will be conducted in four rounds (First, Second, Third & Open counselling) for all categories. The counselling will be held at AIIMS, New Delhi. Candidates have to select the institutions as per their choices in the counselling process. The allotment of seats during counselling will be based on the inter-se-merit/ranking of the examination.
It is mandatory for all the candidates to be present physically on the day of counselling. No request for an authorized representative on behalf of the candidates will be entertained. Failure to do so will result in them being marked absent and their candidature will be cancelled.
Candidates who have successfully submitted the AIIMS MBBS 2019 Application Form will be able to download their AIIMS MBBS Admit Card 2019 as soon as it made available online on May 15, 2019. The AIIMS MBBS Hall Ticket will be available for download until the exam days. It will be compulsory for all candidates to carry the printout of the AIIMS MBBS 2019 Admit Card when appearing for the exam.
