There will also be a medical fitness examination administered by the AMU. Candidates performing well on this exam may be admitted to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Aligarh.
NEET for AMU AT Medical Exam Pattern 2025 Details
The questions in the medical entrance examination will be separated into Sections A and B following the NEET 2025 exam format. There will be 15 questions in Section B and 35 questions in Section A. Candidates must respond to 10 of these 15 questions in Section B. As part of their study plan, medical students planning to enrol in MBBS, BDS, or other medical programmes must familiarise themselves with the NEET UG 2025 exam pattern.

- There will be 200 multiple-choice questions, and 40 from each subject: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology.
- You must attempt 180 questions out of the 200 questions. The remaining 20 questions are optional.
- The NEET exam duration is three hours and 20 minutes.
- Each question will carry four marks. Additionally, one mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
