Assam CEE 2022: Assam CEE (the Combined Entrance Exam) will be conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU). The admit cards will be made available to the students 15 days before and up to the date of the exam. For online submission of the application form and other details, students are advised to visit the official website of ASTU. Last year, the official notification stated that that the Govt. of Assam authorized The Combined Entrance Examination to be conducted by ASTU, Guwahati. CEE-2022 will be entirely based on the syllabus of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC). The examination will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) type and comprise of a single paper of 3 hours duration.

Assam CEE – How to Apply Online?
Visit the official website at: astu.ac.in and go to CEE 2022 Online Form Fill-up link.
Click on the Application Form Tab.
Read the Instructions carefully before filling the form online.
Click on Next tab, fill-up the form and submit.
Pay the examination fee of Rs 750. The payment can be done through online payment facility only, which is available on the website.
Take a printout of the Application Form for your personal record.
Candidates will have to fulfill the following eligibility conditions for Assam CEE 2022:
Age Limit – The age of the candidate should be between 17 to 21 years old. SC/ST candidates will get a 3 years relaxation in the upper age limit.
Nationality & Domicile – Candidates should be Indian and permanent residents of Assam.
Qualifying Examination – The candidates should have qualified their 10+2 standard (or equivalent) examination and studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. They should have passed in all the subjects. For SC candidates, the aggregate mark in all the subjects is 45%, and for ST candidates, it is 40%.
Assam CEE is a state-government controlled centralized entrance examination, conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) for admission into the 7 prestigious government engineering colleges in Assam. The test is taken after the 12th grade for admission to undergraduate courses. Candidates who opted Science stream in plus two level with the specific subjects tested in the examination, namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics can appear for the exam. Each year approximately 25,000 candidates sit for the examination. Students of both Assam Higher Secondary Education Council and the Central Board of Secondary Education board are eligible to take the test.
