Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is responsible for preparing the syllabus, publishing the textbooks and setting guidelines for CBSE Class 9. CBSE Class 9 is a school-level exam conducted by the school authorities in all the affiliated schools. The Class 9 exams will tentatively be conducted in March 2023, and students need to know the exam pattern, which depicts the duration and marks distribution for each subject.
CBSE had implemented Continous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) exam pattern. Students will be evaluated based on Formative and Summative Assessments. Summative assessment is structured at 60%, and the remaining 40% for Formative assessment, which includes calculations and abilities of the students.
