CMAT Exam 2022: Common Management Admission Test is known as CMAT Exam. It is a national level exam conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency), and it acts as a gateway for MBA/PGDM admissions into 1000 B-Schools in India. CMAT Exam 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Before filling out the application form, it is advisable for all aspiring students to thoroughly read the CMAT eligibility criteria described by the conducting body. It must be noted that the students’ candidature at any given point of time may get cancelled if found ineligible as per the eligibility criteria. That’s why the candidate needs to understand the exam requirement carefully. The CMAT Eligibility Criteria is as follows:
Nationality: Students who are citizens of India can apply for the exam.
Academic Qualifications: Students with a graduation degree from any recognized university or institution are eligible to apply for the exam. Appearing students can also apply.
Age Criteria: There is no age limit for candidates who wish to appear for the CMAT exam.
As per the official notification, there is no reservation policy for the CMAT exam. But for admission in top-tier B-schools accepting the CMAT score, they follow the criteria prescribed by GOI. The application form for CMAT 2022 is available online on the official website. Candidates can fill out the CMAT Application Form with the help of the official website or refer to this article. It must be noted that no application forms after the last date of submission will be entertained. Before discussing the application process, let us have a look at the essential documents required to complete the application process:

How Can I Apply for CMAT Exam?
To fill out the CMAT application form, candidates will be required to follow the procedure mentioned below:
1st Step: Visit the official website of NTA to fill the form.
2nd Step: Click on the ‘Registration for CMAT 2022’ button and register yourself.
3rd Step: You will be redirected to the registration page.
4th Step: Click “New Registration” to register yourself.
5th Step: You will be redirected to a new page where all the instructions regarding filling out the application form will be mentioned along with a link to download the ‘Information Bulletin’.
6th Step: Read the instructions carefully, scroll to the end, tick the check box & click ‘Click here to Proceed’.
7th Step: The registration page will open. Enter your personal details, and address, choose a password, enter a security pin and click ‘Submit’.
The next step in the registration is filling up the application form. In this part, you have to fill in all the details like education qualification for class 10th, 12th, graduation, and you must also select test cities. Out of 109 cities, you will be required to choose any four exam centres you wish to take the test from, at your convenience and comfort.
You will be redirected to a page where you will have to upload the scanned images of your passport size photograph and signature.
Size of your scanned image must be between 10 kb to 200 kb in JPG/ JPEG format.
The size of your scanned signature must be between 4 kb to 30 kb in JPG/ JPEG format.
After uploading the scanned images, you will be required to submit the CMAT application fee 2022. It must be noted that the mode of payment will be online only. You can pay the application fee using Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services. The application fee for CMAT is as follows:

CMAT Exam 2022 Centres
NTA will conduct the CMAT exam in 183 exam centres in 109 cities. While filling out the application forms, the students will get the choice to select any four desired test centres of their choice. The allotted exam centre and slot will be mentioned on your admit card, and the conducting body will entertain no request for changes. CMAT exam centres are as follows:
CMAT is an online exam to be conducted in computer-based mode. The exam will be conducted for a time duration of 180 minutes. There will be a total of 100 MCQs, carrying four marks each. It must be noted that there is a provision of negative marking in this exam, and one mark each will be deducted for every incorrect answer. CMAT Admit Card 2022
Admit cards for CMAT Exam will be made available for download by NTA tentatively in the first week of January 2022. Candidates appearing for the exam will be able to download a CMAT hall ticket using their login ID and password. It must be noted that no candidate will be allowed to sit in the exam without their admit cards; the window to download admit cards will be open till the day of the exam. Also, make sure to carry a valid ID proof to the allotted test centre.

CMAT 2022 Answer Key
NTA has released the official answer keys for the CMAT exam on April 19, 2022. Candidates can download the CMAT Exam Answer Key from the official website of NTA. Answer key will help you calculate your probable marks, and see whether you stand a chance to grab a seat based on your CMAT score. If candidates find any discrepancies in the official answer key, they can also challenge the answer key by paying Rs.1000 per question within the predetermined time. NTA will then release the final answer key after considering the objections raised by the candidates.
CMAT 2022 Result
NTA will release the result for CMAT 2022 on the official website. By entering the login credentials you will be able to check your CMAT Result. Based on the scores secured by the candidates, a merit list will be prepared, and then based on the merit list, candidates will move towards the admission process. Along with the result, candidates will get their CMAT scorecard as well. The scorecard will mention the maximum marks obtained in each section by the candidate, and the total marks obtained.
