BANGALORE, July 30: CBSE has announced CTET July 2019 result on July 30. The result has been announced within 22 days of the exam which was held on July 7. According to media reports, a total of 23.77 lakh candidates appeared for the CTET 2019 exam for Paper 1 and 2. Out of the total test takers only 3.52 lakh candidates qualify the exam by securing the prescribed cut off score.

Among the total appeared candidates only 14.80% candidates can secure the qualifying cutoff score. As per the officials, the minimum marks to qualify the CTET exam is 60% for Paper 1 and 2 for all category candidates.

A total of 29.22 lakh candidates have applied for CTET 2019 July session out of which 5.45 lakh students skipped the test.

What is validity of CTET Result & Scorecard

The validity period of CTET 2019 certificate for teacher’s appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result. If any candidates obtain CTET certificate in 2019 then eligible to apply for teacher recruitment for the next seven years.
