  2. A two-year Pre-University or Intermediate examination from a recognized Board/ University.
  3. The final examination of the two-year course at the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.
  4. The Senior Secondary School Examination from the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
  5. Any public school/ board/ university examination in India or abroad is recognized as equivalent to 10+2 by the Association of Indian Universities.
  6. A Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
  7. A minimum 3-year Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education.
  8. The GCE examination (London/ Cambridge/ Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
  9. The High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or the International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
  10. Candidates who have completed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a Board outside India or not specified above must produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) stating the equivalence of the examination they passed.
  11. If the Class 12 examination is not public, the candidate must have passed at least one earlier public (Board or Pre-University) examination.
