ESIC Stenographer Selection Procedure 2023

The selection process for ESIC Stenographer posts consists of the following stages:

  • Phase 1: Main Examination (Mains)

Candidates have to pass the Mains examination to be called for the skill test in Stenography. Furthermore, the marks of the Mains exam will be considered for making the final selection list. Phase 2 of the ESIC Steno selection process is a skill test in Stenography. Candidates who are shortlisted for Phase 2 can appear for the skill test. The skill test is qualifying in nature. The officials will give one dictation to candidates for 10 minutes in English or Hindi as opted by candidates at the speed of 80 words per minute.
