Candidates can download the GTU exam schedule by following the steps as under:

GTU Time Table 2020: Changes Made In Summer 2020 Exam
Here are some important points that the GTU followed in the summer exam 2020:
- Students were given the option to choose their examination center. They could either appear for the examination from his/her institute or district of residence.
- The duration of the examination was 2 hours.
- For the intermediate semester in UG/Diploma courses, Merit-based progression was implemented.
- External Theory examination was conducted for all regular/remedial semesters of PG courses.
- For DP-II/DP-I in M.E/M. Pharm, the external evaluation was carried out.
- Remedial/Special term extension University Theory Examination was conducted for all Semester/Branch/Courses. So, students were informed to remain prepared for the same.
GTU Time Table 2021: Special Examination
If any UG/Diploma student of intermediate semester wants to improve his/her grade then he/she can appear for the special examination. After the declaration of the GTU Result for intermediate semesters, the option to apply for Special Examination will be given to students.
GTU Admit Card 2021
Candidates can download GTU hall ticket from the GTU official website – gtu.ac.in. After the release of GTU admit card in the online mode, it will be available for download for the next 10 days. After 10 days, candidates can only get the GTU Admit Card through offline mode.
Students must carry their GTU admit card to the exam hall on each day of the exam. The authorities will not allow candidates to enter the exam hall without the admit card.
Important Points Regarding GTU Exam Time Table
Here are some important points to note about the GTU exam:
- Proper guidelines as prescribed by Government regarding Mask, Social Distancing, and Sanitizer will be implemented at each exam center.
- The sanitizer will be kept at the entry of each examination block.
- Persons not wearing a mask will not be allowed to enter the exam center.
- Sanitization of the institute building and hostel building will be done by each exam center.
- If any student from GTU affiliated colleges or persons staying with him/her is infected due to the Coronavirus then his/her special examination will be conducted by University afterward. The student will have to submit the Medical Certificate from a government hospital prior to the start of the examination.

- On the exam day, students are required to carry the GTU admit card and college ID with them to the exam hall.
- Students need to report to the exam hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam. If a candidate is reporting late, he/she won’t be permitted.
- Electronic devices, like mobile phones, calculators, and programmable calculators, etc. are not allowed inside the exam hall.
- Candidates must bring their own stationaries and other items to the examination. Any exchange of items will not be permitted under any circumstances during exam time.
