JEXPO 2020 – West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (Technical Education Division) has postponed JEXPO 2020 exam date till further notice due to COVID-19 pandemic. The new dates will be announced soon. The application form has been released both in online and offline mode on January 2, 2020. The last date to fill the online application form was April 15, 2020. JEXPO (West Bengal Polytechnic Entrance) will be conducted for admission to various engineering, technology and architecture courses in various self-financed polytechnic institutes across West Bengal.

JEXPO Eligibility Criteria 2020
The candidates who wish to appear in the examination should read the eligibility criteria first. The candidate must know whether he/she is allowed to appear for the exam or not. The eligibility criteria of JEXPO 2020 is the minimum requirement which a candidate should fulfil in order to appear in the entrance.
- Any candidate who wishes to appear in JEXPO should be a citizen of India.
- He/she must have passed class 10th from West Bengal Board or any other recognized board.
- The candidate must have studied English, Physical Science/Science and Mathematics with other subjects with at least 35% aggregate.
- Moreover, the candidate should not have been born after July 01, 2005. There is no upper age limit.
JEXPO Application Form 2020
JEXPO 2020 application form was available via online and offline mode. The offline application form could be filled till March 16, 2020. The online application form for JEXPO 2020 was available till April 15. To fill the application form via online mode candidate can visit the official website of JEXPO and register.
After successful registration, the candidate can proceed to fill the application form. The offline application form of JEXPO 2020 can be purchased from any one of the Polytechnic colleges. The candidate can purchase the application form on weekdays only. No form will be available on Sundays and Gazetted Holidays.

JEXPO Admit Card 2020

JEXPO Result 2020
The result of JEXPO 2020 will be released in the form of merit list. The merit list will consist of names of candidates who have been shortlisted after the entrance examination. JEXPO 2020 Counselling
The counselling of JEXPO 2020 will be conducted after the release of result. The candidates who will qualify the entrance examination and will have their names in the merit list will be called for the counselling process. If any candidate with a name on the merit list fails to come for counselling session, he/she shall be removed from the admission process.
The JEXPO counselling session will consist of various online counselling rounds. Candidates will have to register first and then lock their choices. The final seat allotment process will be done based on the merit score, availability of seats and preferences of the candidates.
A further offline round of counselling will also be done for the vacant seats after the online process has completed. Candidates who have been allotted seats in previous rounds will not be eligible for this round of counselling. The seats will be allotted according to the JEXPO merit list 2020.
