JIPMER Cut Off 2018: JIPMER cutoff is the minimum marks to be scored by candidates in order to qualify in JIPMER MBBS exam and appear for the counselling. The Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER) conducts the JIPMER MBBS exam every year for admission to MBBS courses in the two campuses of JIPMER – JIPMER Puducherry and JIPMER Karaikal. It is one of three medical entrance exams in India (AIIMS MBBS and NEET being the other two). JIPMER MBBS is an online exam (computer-based test). The maximum marks for JIPMER MBBS 2018 is 800 and the total time duration is 2.5 hours. Candidates preparing for JIPMER MBBS 2018 must have an idea about JIPMER cut off so that they can prepare accordingly. It is to be noted that 1,49,369 candidates appeared in JIPMER MBBS 2017 out of which 57,192 candidates scored the minimum percentile required to qualify in the exam.  So, with 150 seats in JIPMER Puducherry and 50 seats in JIPMER Karaikal, you can see that clearing the JIPMER cut off is not enough to get a seat. You must score as high as possible in order to guarantee a seat. Students should, therefore, prepare in such a manner that they can crack the JIPMER MBBS exam with a very high score.
