Veterinary Doctor Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a graduation degree (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) in Veterinary Science from any recognized University or college to apply for the post.

The conducting body releases the JPSC Application Form for various posts on its official website via online mode only. In the online form, candidates will be asked to fill in important details such as educational qualification, contact number, permanent address, parents’ names, occupation, and much more. Here, we have enlisted the step by step procedure to fill the JPSC Form. Candidates must go through these steps to avoid any kind of mistakes while proceeding with the same.

  • 1st Step: Visit the JPSC official website – jpsc.gov.in.
  • 2nd Step: Click on “Online Application” from the left side of the screen.
  • 3rd Step: Under ‘Online Application System’, click on the required Exam name
  • 4th Step: A new page will open. Read the instructions carefully. Then click on “Click Here for New Registration” from the right side of the screen.
  • 5th Step: Now, enter the basic details, like Name, Parents’ Name, Post & Department Applying for, Aadahaar Number, Gender, Marital Status, Domicile State, Date of Birth, Category, Email ID, Mobile Number, etc. Also, enter your address for correspondence. Enter the sum of the given numbers in the specified field (for security check). Then click on “Save & Edit”.
  • 6th Step: Validate all the details you provided and click on the “Submit” button.
  • 7th Step: After submitting the form, a Provisional Registration Number will be generated and displayed on the screen. Note it down. The same will also be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number. Your password will be your date of birth.
  • 8th Step: Click on “Continue” to complete the application process. You have to log in with your Registration Number and Date of Birth. You can also come back later.
  • 9th Step: Enter your Educational Details (10th, 12th, and Graduation), employment details (if any), etc.
  • 10th Step: Check the boxes against the declaration statements. Then enter the sum of the given numbers in the specified field and click on “Save & Edit”.
  • 11th Step: Validate the details provided and submit.
  • 12th Step: Upload scanned images of your Photograph and Signature.
  • 13th Step: Wait for one working day and make payment of the JPSC application fee. Make sure you confirm all the details before making the payment.
  • 14th Step: A registration slip will be generated a day after successful payment of fee. Take a print out of the same for future reference.

  1. The photograph should be a recent, colour, passport size image taken against a light background.
  2. It should be in .jpg or .jpeg format.
