NEW DELHI, MAY 13: Amidst pandemic COVID19, the KCET 2020 dates were rescheduled by the Karnataka Government. The Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) will be conducted on July 30 and 31, said Dr CN Ashwath Narayan, the State Deputy Chief Minister and Higher Education Minister.
Karnataka CET is a state-level entrance exam organized for providing admissions into a number of programmes including Engineering and Pharmacy offered by colleges of the state.

He further said that so far 1.92 lakh applications have been received while those who qualify to appear for the exam was 1.2 lakh. There are 73,000 seats offered among Engineering, Ayush, Pharmacy and Agriculture programmes.
Also, a ‘Get CET Go’ programme has been launched recently specially designed to help students prepare for KCET and NEET 2020.
Detailing about the online learning platform, the website www.getcetgo.in saw around 1.70 lakh visits and 76,913 logins besides 55,130 GetCETGo Android application downloads and garnered 2.45 lakh views on YouTube.
The training is both interactive and analytical which will help students to assess his performance,” the Deputy Chief Minister said.
KCET 2020 Dates Rescheduled
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the KCET was delayed beyond the usual schedule of the last week of April or the first week of May.
Candidates applying for KCET 2020, must appear in KCET Mock Tests in order to check their performance level.
