MAT Exam 2022: The All India Management Association (AIMA) released the MAT PBT admit card on August 30, 2022. Candidates who applied for the exam can download their hall tickets online at mat.aima.in. Furthermore, they can also access the admit card through the link updated on this page. To download the admit card, aspirants must enter their email ID, password, and date of birth.

AIMA will conduct MAT PBT on September 04, 2022. The officials are already conducting MAT IBT on August 28, September 03, 10, 11, and 17. Furthermore, AIMA will also organise MAT CBT on September 18. MAT Eligibility Criteria 2022

It is necessary for the candidates to check the eligibility criteria for MAT entrance exam before proceeding with the registration process:

  • Both Indian and Foreign Nationals are eligible to appear in the exam.
  • Candidates are supposed to hold a graduation degree from a recognised university or college.
  • No age bar is there for the candidates to apply for the test.
  • Applicants who are still in their final year of graduation are also eligible for this exam.
  • No limit is there for MAT as far as the number of attempts is concerned.
  • Job experience is not compulsory but acts as an added advantage for selection in top MBA institutes.

How to Apply for MAT Entrance Exam 2022?

As AIMA has released the December session exam dates, so the candidates can fill the registration form before the last date of submission. Eligible candidates need to follow the below-provided steps to fill the MAT registration form:

  • 1st Step: To register online, visit the official website and click on ‘Fresh Candidate to create a login’.
  • 2nd Step: Fill in the requested details – Name, DOB, Email, Mob, Password, etc., tick the check box and click “Submit“.
  • 3rd Step: An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address provided by the candidate. Enter the OTP and click “Verify & Proceed“.
  • 4th Step: Click “Complete Your Details” to fill in other details and complete the registration process.
  • 5th Step: DIM will open where all the ‘steps to complete your application process’ will be clearly mentioned. Complete all the steps one by one as provided in the image below.
  • 6th Step: After each step is complete, the “Status” column will change from ‘Pending’ to ‘Complete’.
  • 7th Step: Take a printout of your registration form for future use.

AIMA MAT Exam Pattern 2022

The MAT exam is conducted in both online or offline mode. Applicants must select the mode of the exam according to their convenience. The exam is designed in such as way that helps in evaluating the candidate’s management skills like business aptitude, communication skills, mathematical ability, and logical reasoning. The exam duration is 2 hours and 30 minutes. Each section mainly comprises 40 questions and carries one mark. AIMA MAT Syllabus 2022

The MAT syllabus includes the topics related to the subjects – Mathematical Skills, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, Indian and Global Environment and Language comprehension. Let’s discuss this in detail:

MAT Admit Card 2022

The MAT hall ticket will be issued by the authority through online mode. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website. The exam conducting authority will not send the hard copy of the admit card to the candidates. To download the admit card, the applicant must enter the registration number and date of birth. The MAT admit card is an important document that should be mandatorily carried for appearing for the MAT exam. It is required by applicants to enter the exam premises. No applicant will be granted permission to appear for the exam without a hall ticket. 

AIMA MAT Result 2022

After taking the exam, the MAT Result is going to be the most awaited event for all the test-takers. Candidates can download their MAT result cum scorecard using MAT roll number and registration number. They should go through the below-furnished information to keep abreast with the result:

  • The MAT result will be released by the authority on its official website.
  • Those who have given the examination will get access to the result through online mode only.
  • The applicants need to login into their account and download the result which is in the form of a scorecard.
  • The scorecard will possess section-wise marks obtained by the applicant, section-wise percentile and overall percentile.
  • MAT scorecard will be valid for one year from the examination session as selected by the candidate.

The non-participating institute considers MAT scores for providing admission to the candidate based on specific cutoff marks. The MAT score is valid for one year.

MAT Cutoff 2022

The cutoff of MAT will be released after the result announcement by the participating institutions individually. AIMA is not responsible for releasing the cutoff. Candidates need to qualify the minimum marks shown in the cutoff to become eligible for further selection rounds at different affiliated colleges. MAT Selection Process

The candidates, who qualify cutoffs of different MAT participating colleges, will be invited to participate in the further selection rounds. Each and every affiliated college has a different selection procedure and their rounds include:

  • Group Discussion (GD)
  • Personal Interview (PI)
  • Writing Ability Test (WAT)

Candidates need to qualify for these rounds too. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in all rounds, i.e. MAT Entrance Test, GD, PI, WAT, etc.
