Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is to re-conduct the MHT CET 2022 exam for those who could not take it due to technical issues. Applicants can submit re-exam applications at cetcell.mahacet.org.
BANGALORE, Aug 19, 2022: Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has decided to re-conduct the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) for those aspirants who could not attempt it due to technical reasons, such as ‘Server Failure’, said the official website. Interested candidates can apply online using the official web portal (see directions below for application submission) using login credentials, namely ‘Application Number’, ‘Date of Birth’, and ‘Captcha Code’.
According to an important notice shared by CET Cell, aspirants who took the test conducted from August 2 to 5, 2022, for different courses like MAH-LLB (5 years), B.Ed-M.Ed, B.PEd, M.Ed, BA-BSc, LLB-3Yrs, B.Planning, B.Ed, and MCA faced several technical difficulties while attempting the questions. Some candidates were logged out of their profiles automatically and could not log in to the system again.
When CET Cell reviewed the logs of the candidates’ profiles who took the test in the day and even shifts, the following developments were observed:
Now, the question is: who will get the opportunity to re-apply for the MHT CET 2022 exam? Will be anyone who faced any minor issue, such as logout or shutdown, or who will the authority determine who will re-take the test?
Only aspirants covered under the aforementioned cases — 1., 2., A., and B. — shall be considered for the re-application. Put differently, anyone who is not covered in the aforesaid cases shall not be allowed to re-apply for the re-MHT CET exam.

Here are some of the frequently asked questions regarding re-taking the MHT CET 2022 exam:
Ans: Applicants eligible for the MHT CET re-exam can re-apply online from August 18, 2022. The last date to apply online is August 20, 2022.
Ans: The MHT CET re-exam hall tickets shall be issued through the MHT CET login page of aspirants’ profiles.
For any queries regarding MHT CET Re-exam due to technical failure, aspirants can send their questions to [email protected]@gmail.com on or before the last date, August 20, 2022, up to 5:00 p.m. No emails shall be entertained after this time period.
Each candidate will be responsible for downloading the MHT CET admit card once issued inside the login portal of CET Cell for the last opportunity to appear for the test. Exam venue and other details shall be mentioned on the hall ticket.
