NABARD Grade A Eligibility Criteria 2022

Candidates who wish to apply for NABARD Grade A recruitment must fulfil the below-given eligibility requirements:

NABARD Grade A Registration 2022

NABARD Grade A application form will be released by the authority online and all eligible candidates can visit its official portal to fill the same before the deadline. If you were not able to apply for the NABARD Grade A exam this year, prepare well and keep track of the official website and this page so that you can apply on time next year.

Aspirants must go through the eligibility requirements first and then apply for the NABARD Grade-A post. The details given by the candidates must be genuine as the authority will cross-check the data. In case of any false information, NABARD will reject the candidature of the applicants. Candidates must follow the below-given steps to complete NABARD Grade A application process through online mode:

Step 1 – Online Registration

Online registration is the mandatory first step to apply for the NABARD Grade A post and the aspirants must stick to the below-given points –

  • Visit the official web portal of NABARD 
  • Click on the “Careers” tab
  • Tap on the “APPLY ONLINE” button
  •  A new window will be displayed for registration
  • Tap on “Click here for New Registration”
  • Mention the mandatory details like name, email id, date of birth and mobile number
  • The system will auto-generate a new Provisional Registration Number and Password will appear on the screen
  •  These login credentials will also be sent to your registered email id and mobile number

Step 2 – Filling of Application Form

  • Visit the web portal of NABARD and re-login with registration number and password to access the application form
  • Fill in the mandatory details like personal, communication and academic in the form 
  • After filling in the information, tap on the link ‘Validate your details’ and then hit the ‘Save and Next‘ tab
  • It is mandatory for all the candidates to tap on the “SAVE and NEXT” tab to review the details in the application form and edit the information in case of any error or discrepancy
  • No changes can be made in the application form once the applicant clicks the “final submit” tab
  • All the applicants must check the details vigilantly before submitting the application form

Step 3 – Uploading Scanned Images

Candidates must provide scanned images of certain documents in the format specified by the authority. These include the latest passport size photograph, left thumb impression, handwritten signature, and handwritten declaration. Guidelines to follow while uploading the documents:

  • The photograph must be latest and passport and the background should be light or white
  • No red eye should be visible in the photograph
  • Candidates need to give their left thumb impression with black or blue ink on white paper 
  • Candidates need to provide their signature with black ink only 
  • The declaration for NABARD Grade A must be written in the English language only and the words are clearly mentioned on a blank white paper with a black pen only.
  • Use only small letters while signing or writing the declaration

Step 4 – Application Fee Payment

The application fee for NABARD Grade A exam can be paid through online mode only and these could be Rupay Debit or Credit Cards, Visa or Mastercard, Internet Banking, Cash Cards, IMPS or Mobile Wallet. To pay the application fee, candidates must hit the ‘Payment’ Tab and choose the relevant mode. After entering the payment details, applicants must wait without pressing the refresh or back tab else the fee amount could be deducted twice from the account. Once the payment is done, a system-generated e-Receipt will be flashed on the screen that the candidates must capture in hard copy for future reference.

NABARD Grade A Exam Pattern

NABARD Grade A exam is divided into three parts namely Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Personal Interview. The NABARD Grade A exam pattern contains the parameters like mode of exam, type and number of questions, time duration, marking scheme, etc.

Phase I: Preliminary Exam Pattern

Phase II: Mains Exam Pattern 

Applicants who qualify for the sectional and overall cut off scores in the NABARD Grade A Prelims will get selected for the NABARD Grade A Mains exam. The selection ratio of the candidates for the Mains shall be 1:25. It consists of two papers – Paper-I is common for all posts while Paper-II depends upon various fields and posts. Phase III: Personal Interview

Candidates who qualify for the NABARD Grade A Mains exam will be shortlisted for the interview round as per their cutoff marks. The selection ratio of the candidates for the Interview in comparison to Mains shall be 1:3. Personal Interview will be conducted for 50 marks for RDBS/Rajbhasha and 100 marks for P&SS. This round basically assesses the overall personality of the candidates along with their mental capability.
