NMAT Exam Centres 2021: Documents required

The candidates who are appearing for the NMAT 2021 exam should have to carry the following set of documents at their allotted exam centre. Check the list of the documents from below –

List of photo IDs

  • Passport issued by the Government of India
  • PAN Card issued by the Government of India
  • Voter’s ID Card
  • UID/Aadhaar Card

List of signature IDs 

  • Passport issued by the Government of India  
  • PAN Card issued by the Government of India 
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Driver’s License

Applicants taking the test at international centres are required to bring the following documents:

  • Confirmation Email (can be shown on mobile or as a printout) 
  • Admit Card: Applicants are required to download their NMAT by GMAC admit card
  • Original passport (valid & non-expired)  

IDs that are not accepted:

  • Learner’s driver’s license
  • Photocopies (attached or attested)
  • Notarized copies

Documents For Online Proctored Exam

  • Confirmation email (this can be shown in your mailbox or taken as a printout)
  • GMAC NMAT Admit Card.
  • A valid Photo ID and another Signature ID.

Important  Note: If any candidate fails to produce the above forms of valid ID (non-expired, original format), admit card, or confirmation mail, he/she will not be allowed to enter the exam hall and not receive a test fee refund.

NMAT Exam Centres 2021: Test Day Instructions

The candidates can go through the following test day instructions. These instructions will also be given in the admit card of NMAT 2021:

  1. The candidates should reach the NMAT exam centre at leats 45 minutes before the commenecement of the exam. The exam conducting authority will not allow any latecomers.
  2. It is mandatory for the candidates to bring the admit card with original ID card.
  3. In case of any issue ito find the NMAT exam centre, the candidates can contact the admission authorities.
  4. The candidates are advised not to bring any unfair items such as cheat notes, gadgets and much more to the exam centre.
  5. The candidates who belong to the PWD category have to furnish their scribe and if in any case they are unable to arrange then they should request for the same to GMAC. In this case they will provide the scribe facility at the NMAT exam centre.
  1. Candidate should bring the following documents:
  • Confirmation mail (can be shown on mobile or as a printout)
  • Admit card: Candidate needs to download their NMAT by GMAC admit card.
  • One valid Photo ID and one valid Signature ID which should be presented in the original form before taking the test.

Test Centre COVID-19 Guidelines for Candidates

Candidates must follow the below-mentioned instructions on the day of the test:

  • A) Candidates must provide a self-declaration form stating they are not suffering from any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • B) All aspirants must practise social distancing.
  • C) Carry your own hand sanitizer, transparent water bottle, and always wear a mask.
  • D)Admit card or test confirmation email can also be presented on mobile phone and then backpack, mobile must be kept inside the locker.
  • E) Report to the exam conducting body @ 9513850009 along with GMAC ID if you are disallowed to take the test for any reason

Instructions For NMAT by GMAC 2021 Exam Center

Candidates should keep the following points in mind while appearing for NMAT by GMAC 2021:

  • Candidate appearing for the same must carry the document such as admit card, photo ID-original, signature ID.
  • Candidates appearing for exam outside the country need to carry documents such as confirmation email printout, NMAT 2021 Admit card, Indian passport.
  • Candidate must reach the centre 45 minutes prior and candidate wont appear for the same after 15 minutes of scheduled time.
  • If candidate does not appear for exam at exam centre, it will be considered as no show.
