GMAC has begun conducting NMAT 2019 from October 4, 2019 and will continue till December 17, 2019. NMAT Exam Pattern 2020: Key Points to Remember
- Exam Duration:
The time duration of the exam is two hours. No restriction for solving a particular section within a limited time.
- Mode of Exam:
The NMAT 2019 entrance exam is an online exam. Each candidate is assigned a computer to answer the question paper.
- Review Exam:
Candidates get a final chance to review their answers one last time before submitting the test.
- Language of Exam:
As per the NMAT exam pattern, questions will be asked in the English language and the candidates are required to answer in the same language.
- Negative Marking:
There is no negative marking in the NMAT exam 2019. For the correct answer, the candidate is rewarded with 1 mark and no mark is deducted for the wrong answer.
- Sample Papers:
Candidates can practice in sync with exam pattern of NMAT 2019 by solving the sample papers. This helps in learning time management and weaknesses. He/she will also know which section to solve first and which one at last.

- What are scaled scores?
All the test forms are equated on a common scale ensuring the scores are comparable across all test forms.
- What is the final percentile score?
The Final Percentile is calculated at the end of the year after all candidates have completed taking NMAT by the GMAC exam. The scorecard is sent to schools with updated percentiles.
- What is NMAT by GMAC?
NMAT (NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies) Management Aptitude Test) is an entrance exam conducted by GMAC (Graduate Management Admission Council), an accepted criterion by leading management schools in India. NMAT is an online test conducted in 58 centers across 46 cities in India and 4 cities abroad.
