BENGALURU, JULY 10: The SBI Clerk Results 2019 can be released anytime soon by the State Bank of India. The SBI Clerk 2019 Result of Prelims paper will be released online mode only. To check SBI Clerk result candidates must enter their registration/roll number and date of birth. The result will have overall score secured by the test takers out of total 100 marks and their status for appearing in mains exam scheduled to be held on August 10, 2019.
Based SBI Clerk Result more than 90000 candidates will be selected appearing in the mains exam. The selection of candidates for the mains exam will be based on the overall score as the sectional score has been removed by the examination authority, SBI.
Step-wise Procedure on How to Download SBI Clerk Results 2019 (Prelims)
Step 1– Visit the official website
Step 2– Click on ‘career’ section containing link SBI Clerk Results 2019
Step 3– Enter requisite details like application/roll number and date of birth
Step 4– Click on submit to obtain SBI Clerk Results
Step 5– SBI Clerk 2019 result displayed on the screen
According to officials, score obtained in preliminary exam will not be considered for preparing the merit list for final selection. The prelims score will be used only for selecting candidates for mains exam. The score secured in mains exam will be the basis for selection of candidates for SBI Clerk at Junior Associates level (Customer Support & Sales).
The prelims qualified candidates have to appear for the mains exam which will be of 190 multiple choice questions of 200 marks. The admit card for the mains exam will be released by July fourth week. Candidates who will be high in merit list will be only selected for recruitment as clerk for the available vacancies in different states.
SBI Clerk recruitment will be held in two phases prelims followed by mains. Test of specified opted local language will be conducted only for those candidates who will not able to show class 10 or 12 standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language.
Based on SBI Clerk result 2019, a wait list of up to 50% of vacancies (State-category wise) will be maintained and will be released quarterly against non-joining and resignation out of the current batch only. This wait list will be valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of SBI Clerk result 2019.
