The SSC JE admit card is released through online mode. Follow the steps as under to download your SSC Junior Engineer Admit Card for Paper-II from the SSC official website:

  • 1st Step: Visit the official website of SSC: ssc.nic.in
  • – 2nd Step: On the homepage, click on the “Admit Card” button.
  • – 3rd Step: A new page opens, with the links for region-wise SSC websites. Click on the region-wise link.

Along with the SSC Junior Engineer admit card, candidates must also carry a valid photo ID proof in original. The documents which can be produced as valid photo ID proof are as follows:

  • If the photo ID doesn’t have the complete date of birth, then candidates will have to carry an additional original document having the date of birth printed on it. Class 10 Marksheet issued only by ICSE/ CBSE/ State Boards having the date of birth can be presented as proof for date of birth.
  • The date of birth of the candidate mentioned on the Photo ID must match with that mentioned on the admit card/application form. Otherwise, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

Important Points About SSC Junior Engineer Admit Card

Here are a few important points to remember about SSC JE Call Letter.

  1. The officials will notify the candidate regarding the release of SSC JE Admit Card through registered email and mobile number.
  2. Once the SSC JE admit card is downloaded, candidates must affix the photo in the specified space.
  3. Candidates must carry a valid photo ID proof along with the SSC JE admit card or call letter.
  4. Candidates must note that the name of the candidate on the call letter (provided during the process of registration) should exactly match the name on the photo identity proof.
  5. In case the photo in the SSC JE Admit Card is blurred or not clear, then candidates will be required to provide two separate recent pictures which are clear.
  6. Candidates must sign on their admit card in front of the invigilator only.
  7. Candidates should carry all the required documents along with the admit card and submit them at the exam center for verification purpose only.

  1. It is mandatory for all the candidates to have the installed latest version of the ‘Arogya Setu’ App on their mobile phone.
  2. The Aarogya Setu status must show the candidate’s risk factor.
  3. Candidates will have to display the AarogyaSetu status at the entry gate. Thereafter, candidates will be required to switch off their mobile phones and deposit it at the designated location, to be collected while exiting.
  4. Candidates must carry a hand sanitizer, gloves and face masks at the exam centre.
  5. Candidates’ face should be covered with protective masks.
  6. Candidates must make sure that they don’t have any COVID-19 symptoms. In case they do, their entry will be strictly prohibited on the spot.
