TNPSC Group 2 2022: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group 2 Answer Key 2022 has been released on the official TNPSC website on May 27, 2022, and the direct link to download the answer key has been given below. The TNPSC Group 2 examination was conducted on May 21, 2022. What is the TNPSC Group 2 Exam?

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission prescribes the eligibility requirements along with the notification. TNPSC Group 2 Registration Process

The TNPSC Group 2 apply online link was open from February 23 and closed on March 23, 2022. Before filling up the online form 2023, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria in order to avoid rejections at a later stage.

Also, candidates must keep the following documents ready with themselves before filling up the TNPSC Group 2 online form – 

  • Scanned images (photograph and signature).
  • Bank account details to pay online application fees.
  • Required documents (Class 10th, 12th and graduation mark sheet).

To fill out the registration form, candidates will have to follow these steps:

  • 1st Step – They will have to visit the official website of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission – tnpsc.gov.in.
  • 2nd Step – Candidates will have to register only once in the One Time Registration (OTR) by paying Rs.150 as the registration fee. Candidates who have completed OTR will be valid for five years from registration.
  • 3rd Step – For One Time Registration (OTR), they will have to enter their personal information like name, email id, mobile number, scanned photograph, signature and educational certificates.
  • 4th Step – After OTR, a unique ID and password will be generated and sent to their mobile number and email ID.
  • 5th Step – Candidates will have to use their login credentials to sign in and fill out the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Group 2 registration form.
  • 6th Step – To fill out the application form, they have to select the TNPSC Group 2 post for which they wish to apply.
  • 7th Step – After filling in the TNPSC application form, candidates have to upload their scanned photograph and signature per the commission’s prescribed specifications.
  • 8th Step – After uploading the photograph and signature, they will have to pay the examination fees. 

Candidates will have to pay the examination fee for prelims Rs.100. This can be paid through Net Banking/Credit card/Debit card or it can be paid in offline mode at State Bank of India /Indian Bank/post office within two days from the date of submission of online application by choosing the option in the online application. 

After completing all the above-mentioned steps, candidates are advised to take a printout of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Group 2 application form. 

TNPSC Group 2 Hall Ticket 2022

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) released the admit card for the TNPSC Group 2 prelims exam on the official website on May 11, 2022. Only those candidates who successfully submitted the application forms could download the prelims hall ticket. The authorities have released the admit card for prelims, and the admit cards for the mains and interview round will be released separately at a later date.

The TNPSC Group 2 hall ticket will be available only on the official website. Candidates can download the hall ticket for the TNPSC Group 2 2022 exam by using the required credentials – registration ID and password in the login window till the date of the exam. The hall ticket for the prelims exam will have information about the exam venue, date and time of the exam, address of the exam centre, and other information like the name of the candidate, application number and photograph and signature and exam day instructions.

While going to the exam centres, candidates will also have to carry any of the following photo identity cards – PAN Card, Driving License, Aadhaar Card or Passport, and the TNPSC Group 2 admit card. Without carrying the documents mentioned above, they will not be allowed to enter the exam centre.

TNPSC Group 2: Steps to Download Admit Card

Candidates are advised to follow the below-mentioned steps to download the Mains Admit Card.

  • 1st Step: Visit the TNPSC official website at tnpsc.gov.in.
  • 2nd Step: Click on “Registered user” button on the home page.
  • 3rd Step: Provide your User ID and Password in the space provided.
  • 4th Step: Click on the “Submit” button and the TNPSC Group 2 Mains hall ticket 2022 will be displayed on your screen.
  • 5th Step: Check the details mentioned on the admit card.
  • 6th Step: Download and take a print out of the TNPSC Group 2 2022 hall ticket and do not forget to carry it along with you to the exam centre.

TNPSC Group 2 Posts 2022 – Selection Process 

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) prescribes the selection procedure for TNPSC Group 2 along with the notification. The authorities will conduct the following stages – Preliminary, Mains and Interview. Candidates shortlisted in the prelims exam will be eligible to appear for the mains exam. However, the marks secured in the prelims exam will not be added to the final merit list.

The number of candidates to be shortlisted for the Mains examination will be ten times the number of candidates recruited to the rule of reservation of appointments. However, in each reservation group, all the candidates securing the cut-off marks of their reservation groups will also be eligible for the main examination, though the number of candidates may exceed the 1:10 ratio.

Candidates qualifying for the mains exam will have to appear for an interview. The final selection will be based on the marks secured in the mains and interview stages.

TNPSC Group 2 Answer Key 2022

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has published the answer key of the prelims exam for TNPSC Group 2 on May 27, 2022. The 2022 answer key has all the correct answers to the questions asked in the exam.
