TS ECET Counselling: Step-wise Procedure

The officials will conduct the TS ECET 2022 counselling process online. We have provided the complete step-by-step process below.

1st Step: Counselling Fee Payment

The shortlisted candidates will have to pay a minimum fee as described by the admission authorities. This process is discussed in detail below:-

• Visit the official website at ecet.tsche.ac.in.
• Click on the counselling option. Now select the “Pay Processing Fee” option.
• Sign in by adding the login credentials, such as registration, hall ticket, and date of birth.
• After logging in, candidates must enter important details such as mobile number, email ID, and Aadhaar number. All those falling under the reserved category will be required to enter the caste certificate application number.
• Candidates will be directed to the payment gateway to submit the required details. Click on the “Pay Processing Fee”. The fee break-up for the TS ECET counselling payment is described below:

2nd Step: Slot Booking for the Document Verification Process

After a successful payment,c candidates must book the slots for the documents verification procedure. Below are the steps to book the document verification slots:-

• Visit the official website and click on ‘Slot Booking’.
• Login to the portal by entering your credentials like the registration number, hall ticket number and Image value shown on the screen.
• The available slots showing the time and the date will appear on the screen.
• Select the available slots within the given limited time frame.
• Confirm the availability by selecting the ‘Submit’ option.

3rd Step: Document Verification

Candidates will have to report to the designated centre as per the schedule they get after booking the desired slot. We advise you to reach the centre 20 to 30 minutes early to ensure a smooth process. Candidates will have to show important documents along with the call letter.

4th Step: Registration for Login and Option Entry process

After a successful document verification round, candidates will be required to register themselves. It is a simple process. They will have to enter important details such as registration, hall ticket, rank, and date of birth. Candidates will now have to click on the ‘create password’ option. Kindly note down the credentials, as they will be required for future use.

5th Step: Option Entry

Click on the ‘Option Entry’ tab. In doing so, a list of the participating institutes and courses will appear on the screen.ze the desired choices as, based on these preferences, candidates will be granted admission.

6th Step: Final Seat Allotment

The final decision of the counselling process will be in the hands of the admission authority. The final seat allotment will be majorly based on candidates’ merit, preference, and the number of seats available. They will be able to check the results by visiting the login dashboard.

7th Step: Call Letter

A final admission letter for TS ECET 2022 will be communicated to the candidates. Take a printout of it for future use.

TS ECET Spot Counselling 2022

There may be cases wherein, even after rounds of counselling, still vacant seats remain. So in such situations, the admission authorities conduct a spot counselling round.
