UIIC Assistant Selection Procedure 2023

The UIIC Assistant selection process consists of the following two stages:

• Tier 1: Preliminary Exam (Prelims)
• Tier 2: Main Exam (Mains)

Candidates qualifying in the main examination will be further shortlisted for the Regional Language Test. However, there are no marks for the Regional Language Test. The test is qualifying in nature. UIIC Assistant Tier 1: Prelims

Tier 1 is an online preliminary exam consisting of 100 objective-type questions. Furthermore, UIIC Assistant Prelims contain three subjects. Aspirants must clear each subject in Prelims to qualify for the next selection stage. The UIIC Assistant Prelims exam pattern is as follows:

• The duration of the exam is one hour.
• The medium of the question paper is bilingual, i.e. English and Hindi, except for the English Language test.
