Making a study plan: First, complete a detailed examination of the Class 7th Arunachal Pradesh Board syllabus and develop a study plan accordingly. The creation of a clear study approach should be the first focus. The study plan must contain the subjects that demand special attention and time.
As a result, your study strategy may differ from that of your friend. Examine your relevant subjects as well to see if you require more tutorials in order to pass the board exam.

Study topics according to difficulty level: If you study the topics according to their difficulty level, you will be able to better organise your time and complete the syllabus in less time. You should strive to finish the chapters that are easiest first, then go on to the ones that are more difficult. You will gain a deeper comprehension of all the ideas and have plenty of time to revise if you follow this method.

Keeping a journal for taking notes: Preparing notes ahead of time can assist students to remember definitions, illustrations, and concepts. Taking notes increases memory and is useful for last-minute revision. Preparing notes also saves time and effort when it comes to going back to the study material and reading the topics again and again.

Practice with mock exams: Students should take practise tests to gain a better picture of their preparations and time management skills. Embibe offers free subject-specific mock examinations and practises questions to students. They will develop a thorough comprehension of the ideas as well as confidence for the tests as a result of this.

Self-study: While taking coaching classes may be beneficial, self-study is a key element of the improvement process. Allow time for self-study, which involves looking through exam subjects and studying them at your own pace.

Revision: Set aside time to go over all of the topics again. Study all of the subjects and solve sample and previous year’s question papers on a regular basis once you’ve thoroughly comprehended the concepts. Exam revision is equally as important as studying for the exam.
You may have overlooked an idea that you would learn while answering such questions. Writing and rewriting ensures that you double-check what you’ve learned as a consequence

## Exam Counselling

### Student Counselling

Student counselling and assistance, often known as psychological and pedagogical support, is provided to students in nurseries, schools, and other educational institutions. One of the most essential responsibilities of teachers and experts dealing with children and young people is to understand their developmental requirements.

The purpose of student counselling is to assist children in reaching their maximum developmental potential by providing chances for active and full involvement in the activities of their (nursery) school or institution as well as their social surroundings.

The following are some of the most important goals and purposes of student counselling services:

• Identifying each child’s developmental and educational needs, as well as their psychological and physical capabilities.
• Determining a student’s abilities, preferences, interests, and aptitudes or capabilities.
• Identifying the factors that contribute to academic failures or functional challenges in students, such as restrictions and constraints that make it difficult for them to function and participate in the life of their primary school or educational institution.
• Taking steps to help students enhance their skills and potential in order to increase their learning efficiency and overall performance.
• It helps them deal with educational and learning difficulties among kids.
• Improve the efficiency of counselling provided to students by strengthening their own educational skills.

### Parent/Gaurdian counselling

Parent counselling is available at elementary schools for students in lower grades, such as class 7, to help parents better manage difficult situations involving their child’s learning and/or emotional needs. It can be done by conducting parent education workshops in schools to help parents enhance their parenting abilities.

The finest support system for children is parents who are well-informed and supportive of them. Parents who want to create a relationship with their children in order to keep a track of their academic achievement may consider the following suggestions:

• Make it a habit to ask them about their schoolwork every day.
• Spend time with them and help them with their assignments if possible.
• Teach them the ability to concentrate and be well-organised.
• Discipline and the ability to deal with difficult situations should be taught to children from an early age.
• Adopt habits that inspire optimism in them.
• Friendships have a big influence on how people learn. Teach them the value of a good company.
• Learn about your children from their teachers during the parents meeting. Inquire about how you can enhance their home study.

### Future Skills

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 aimed to make significant reforms to India’s educational system. The policy has set the objective of teaching vocational skills to at least 50% of students by 2025, so that vocational skills learned in school can be extended up to higher education levels, depending on individual students’ needs.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will offer vocational skill-based courses to students in grades 6th to 11th. These courses will be taught to students at the beginning of the academic year 2022-2023. These skill classes would help students develop the skills needed for future employment. Also, these courses will be quick, requiring only 12 hours of instructional time from teachers.

A skill topic may be offered as an additional sixth subject at the secondary level, in addition to the existing five required courses. If a student fails any of the three elective subjects (Science, Mathematics, or Social Science), the skill subject (offered as a 6th subject) will be substituted, and the Class 10 result will be computed based on the best five subjects, according to current CBSE regulations.

If a candidate decides to retake a failed subject in addition to the compartment test, he or she may do so. The school will not be required to pay a fee to the board for beginning skill courses at the middle level, i.e., classes 6th to 8th.

There are around nine courses offered for Classes 6 to 8 (middle level). Check out the table below to know more about the courses:
