UPTET Notification Date

The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board has already released the UPTET 2021 Notification on its official website. As per the official notification, the UPTET 2021 is all set to be conducted on November 28, 2021, at the designated exam centres across the state.

UPTET Registration Date

The UPTET Application Process was started on October 7, 2021, and the last date to fill the application form was October 27, 2021. Candidates can apply for the UP Teacher Eligibility Test in an online mode and also pay the application fee. The application fee varies depending on whether the candidate is appearing for Only one paper or both papers. If a candidate is appearing for only one paper then the application fee is Rs. 600 for General Category and OBC, Rs. 400 for SC/ ST and Rs. 100 for PwD candidates. If a candidate is appearing for both the papers then the application fee is Rs. 1200 for General Category and OBC, Rs. 800 for SC/ ST and Rs. 200 for PwD candidates. Additionally, candidates must take a printout of the confirmation page after application submission.

UPTET Admit Card Date

Uttar Pradesh Board of Basic Education will issue the UPTET admit card for all the candidates who have successfully submitted the application form. UPBEB will release the admit card tentatively from January 12, 2022 onwards, a few days before the UPTET exam. Admit card (hall ticket) will provide details on the UPTET exam date and shift timings and venue of the exam. The admit card will only be available in online mode and can be downloaded from the official website.

UPTET Exam Date

The revised UPTET exam date is January 23, 2022. The exam will be conducted in 2 shifts on the same day. As per the earlier schedule of events, the exam will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. Paper I will be held from 10.00 AM to 12.30 PM. Paper 2 will be held in the second shift from 02.30 PM to 05.00 PM. The candidates will find all the details on the exam date and shift on the UPTET admit card.

UPTET Answer Key Dates

UPBEB will release the provisional answer key tentatively on January 27, 2022. Candidates can access the answer key by visiting the official website at updeled.gov.in. Along with the answer key, UPBEB will also release the OMR sheet and question paper. Candidates can calculate the probable score using the answer key, OMR sheet, question paper and marking scheme of UPTET. 

All the test takers will be allowed to file objections against the UPTET answer key. The process to file complaints will be available for a stipulated time. Within two weeks of the objection window, subject experts will review the objections and release the final answer key.

UPTET Result Date

Uttar Pradesh Board of Basic Education will release the UPTET result considering the final answer key. The final result for UPTET 2021-22 will be released online on the official website tentatively on February 25, 2022. Candidates must Login with their Roll Number and Date Of Birth to check the UPTET result. 

Release of UPTET Certificate

Uttar Pradesh Board of Basic Education will release the UPTET eligibility certificate within a month of the release of the result. As per the new guidelines by NCTE, the validity of the UPTET certificate is changed from seven years to a lifetime. The UPTET eligibility certificate will act as one of the conditions for recruitment at the various schools in the state.
