In 2020-21, a total of 4.22 Lakh students appeared in the Class 9 exams. The overall pass percentage was 97.42%. Out of these students, a total of 3,58,442 had cleared the exam with an overall pass percentage of 89.4%. The remaining students appeared in the special exams. A total of 11 districts out of 24 managed to cross 90%.
