The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) is governed by the Nagaland State government. The Nagaland Board of School Education conducts an annual Class 10 exam for registered students. The NBSE HSLC exam comprises seven subjects Social Science, Science, Mathematics, English, one second language from the list of options, sixth subject from Music, Home Science, FIT, Environmental Education, etc. All subjects are for 3 hours. Nagaland Board Class 10 Application Process
NBSE starts the application procedure for the Class 10 board examinations on its official website in November. To appear for the NBSE HSLC final examination, candidates must fill out the NBSE HSLC application form. Candidates who desire to sit for the NBSE board exams must complete and submit the application form by the NBSE deadline. Candidates who do not finish the application process within the allotted time must pay a late registration fee in addition to the application fees.

Nagaland Board HSLC application forms will be downloaded by school administrators from the official website. Students will have to submit their application forms to their respective school authorities within the given deadline. Nagaland Board Class 10 Exam Pattern 2023
NBSE HSLC exam consists of seven papers and eighteen subjects. Candidates taking the exam can choose between English and one of the many Indian languages as their medium of instruction. Internal assessments carry significant marks and will be graded by the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE).
All the above subjects are 100 marks (80 marks mentioned in weightage) and Internal assessment (20 marks).
Additional subjects consist of (70 theory + 30 Internal assessments). The Work & Art Education, Physical and Health Education subjects comprise 100 marks.
