RBI Grade B Salary After 5 Years
After 5 years of service, RBI Grade B Officers receive their first increment. Check the details of the salary that the selected candidates will receive after the increment:
Obtain a raise of Rs 1750 (up to 9 years).
After 9 years, the basic pay will be Rs. 50,900, and an increment will be Rs 1750 (for the next 2 years).
Further increment of Rs 2000 (for the next 4 years), then basic pay will be Rs 54,400.
The maximum basic pay after 16 years will be Rs 62,400.
Note- This amount will be received even if there is no promotion after that period.

RBI Grade B Perks and Allowances

Dearness Allowance: The RBI Grade B officers will receive a DA of 31% of the basic salary.
HRA Allowance: The Reserve Bank of India will offer 2-BHK/3-BHK flats to the RBI Grade B employees. If the employees are not allocated flats, then they can claim up to INR 70,000 as rent allowance.
Medical Allowance: Employees can claim medical allowances up to INR 4500. These medical allowances are also valid for the dependents of the employees.
Education Allowances: Based on various parameters, the officials will offer education allowances to their employees. Those selected as RBI Grade B officers can avail of INR 4000 under education allowance every month.
