RRC Group D Selection Process 2022: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) has mentioned the Group D selection procedure in its official notification. The selection procedure for RRB Group D positions is divided into three stages, which are as follows:
Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Stage 3: Document Verification (DV) and Medical Test
The Computer Based Examination is the first stage of the RRB Group D Selection Process. The total allocated marks for this test is 100 and the duration is 90 minutes. However, candidates with disabilities will have 120 minutes to complete the exam.

The Physical Efficiency Test is the second stage of the RRC Group D Selection Process. Candidates will be invited for PET based on their performance in the CBT 1 test. This test is used to assess applicants’ physical fitness. This exam will be conducted for both male and female applicants. The criterion for PET is as follows:

|– Should be able to lift and carry 35 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.|
– Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.
|– Should be able to lift and carry 20 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down. |
– Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.
Candidates who pass the above-mentioned stages of the RRC Group D test will be eligible to take up the last test of the RRB Group D selection process: Document Verification & Medical Test.
Applicants must bring the following papers to the RRB Group D Document Verification round:

You must present an acceptable copy of this declaration as well as a letter of authorisation from your civil employer during Document Verification.||If Applicable|
Following the document verification step of the RRB Group D Selection Process, the selected applicant will be appointed for the position of RRB Group D. The RRB Group D Medical Test Criteria are listed below:

Near vision: Sn: 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses and must pass the test for color vision, binocular vision, night vision, myopic vision, etc.
|B-1||Distant vision: 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses (power of lenses not to exceed 4D).|
Near vision: Sn. 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses when reading or close work is required and must pass the test for color vision, binocular vision, night vision, mesopic vision, etc.
