RRC Group D Selection Process 2023: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRBs) has mentioned the Group D selection procedure in its official notification. There are three stages in the RRB Group D Selection Process 2023. It includes Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification (DV), and Medical Test.

However, to get shortlisted for the Group D post, a candidate must clear every stage of the recruitment process. The awareness regarding the selection procedure will help the candidates in their preparation. Read this article to have complete details on RRC/RRB Group D Selection Procedure 2023.
The selection procedure for RRB Group D positions is divided into three stages, which are as follows:
Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Stage 2: Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Stage 3: Document Verification (DV) and Medical Test
The Computer Based Examination is the first stage of the RRB Group D Selection Process. The total allocated marks for this test is 100 and the duration is 90 minutes. However, candidates with disabilities will have 120 minutes to complete the exam.
The section-wise marks and number of questions for CBT are tabulated below:

The Physical Efficiency Test is the second stage of the RRC Group D Selection Process. Candidates will be invited for PET based on their performance in the CBT 1 test. This test is used to assess applicants’ physical fitness. This exam will be conducted for both male and female applicants. The criterion for PET is as follows:

Candidates who pass the above-mentioned stages of the RRC Group D test will be eligible to take up the last test of the RRB Group D selection process: Document Verification & Medical Test.

Following the document verification step of the RRB Group D Selection Process, the selected applicant will be appointed for the position of RRB Group D. The RRB Group D Medical Test Criteria are listed below:
