CBSE Class 10 Marking Scheme and Weightage Distribution: For the academic year 2022–2023, the CBSE Class 10 exam format has been revised. The board has opted to go back to the annual examinations scheme after renouncing its two-term policy. There will be no term-based division in the Class 10 board examinations for the session 2022–2023. The whole curriculum for each subject will be covered in the yearly exam.

CBSE has modified the CBSE Class 10 marking scheme for the academic year 2022-23. Each paper carries a total of 100 marks, including internal evaluations and theory. At least 33 per cent in a subject and overall is the minimum score needed to pass the board exams. Students must go through the updated marking scheme to score excellent marks in the exam:
