CUET 2022: National Testing Agency (NTA) is the exam conducting authority of CUET 2022. The authorities conducted the national-level exam online for 6 phases from July 15 to August 30, 2022. NTA conducted exams for 103 candidates from Jharkhand on September 8, 2022. The exams were previously scheduled to be held on August 30, 2022. On September 16, 2022, CUET 2022 results were announced on the official website, and the CUET provisional answer key was released on September 8, 2022.
From the start of the application process, many universities joined the CUET, and many universities have dropped a few courses due to unavoidable circumstances. Currently, 72 universities are participating, and admission to its various UG courses will be based on CUET scores. Before applying for the CUET (CUCET) 2022, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for undergraduate courses are as below.
Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Courses:
NTA released the online application form for CUET 2022 on its official website on April 06, 2022. Earlier, the last date of submission for the application form was May 31, 2022. The National Testing Agency re-opened the application window from June 23 to 24, 2022. The candidates who had not been able to apply for the exam or have registered but failed to submit the application forms could do so until June 24, 2022. Furthermore, we suggest that candidates check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. NTA reopened the application form correction window once again on September 13, 2022. The same will be available till September 15, 2022 (till 10.00 a.m.).
1st Step: Visit the official website of CUET and click on “Registration for CUET 2022“.
2nd Step: On the next page, click on “New Registration”.
3rd Step: After reading the instructions, candidates can tick the check box and click on “Click here to proceed”.
4th Step: Candidates have to fill all the sections – personal details, contact details, address and create a password.
5th Step: Click on the submit button, and the registration will be completed. Candidates will receive the login credentials on their registered mobile number or email ID.
After receiving the login credentials, candidates can fill out the CUET application form.
After filling out the application form, candidates must pay the application fee. CUET application forms will only be accepted after the application fee is paid.
The fees for the different category candidates will be different. A candidate can apply for three programmes in 3 participating universities by paying the application fee as specified by the officials. The application fees for different categories are given below.

The candidates were able to choose the exam centre of CUCET at their convenience at the time of application form filling. The test will be conducted all over India in more than 154 exam centres for UG & PG programmes and 47 for RP programmes.
The allotment of the CUET exam centre depended upon factors such as the number of seats available at the opted exam centre, the total number of candidates appearing for the exam etc. The final allotment of the exam centre will lie in the hands of conducting body. The candidates can check the allotted exam centre after the issue of admit card on the official website.
The CUET admit card is an important document that all candidates were to carry to the exam centre. All the important details related to the CUET like exam timings, exam duration, roll number of the candidate, gender, subjects, name of the candidate, exam day and date will be mentioned on the hall ticket. The candidates are recommended to follow all the exam day instructions mentioned on the admit card.
The National Testing Agency released the CUET 2022 provisional answer key on September 8, 2022, on the official website. The conducting body also released the question paper and recorded responses. Furthermore, candidates can avail of the facility to raise the answer key challenge against the provisional answer key until September 10, 2022. After reviewing all the valid objections of the candidates, NTA releases the final answer key on the website which will be released by September 15, 2022 (tentatively).

The candidates will be able to download the CUET merit list from the official website of the participating institute. The merit list will include the names of the candidates eligible for the counselling as per the cut-off score of different participating universities. Different universities will have different cut-off scores depending on the number of seats available at a university and their reservation criteria.
How to Download CUCET 2022 Merit List?
The cut-off of the CUET exam will be issued by the participating universities separately on their websites after the result declaration. The CUCET cut-off will be tentatively released in September 2022 for all the courses. The cut-off list will be issued separately for all the categories. Candidates who will score equal to or more than the cut-off marks will be invited for the counselling rounds.
The participating institutes of CUET 2022 have released the schedule for online counselling. To participate in the counselling round, the candidates will have to register online on the official site of the university. After registration, the candidates will have to attend the counselling round by visiting the campus as per the date mentioned on their counselling letter. The candidates will also have to carry all the necessary documents for the CUCET counselling.
