The normalisation of the marks will be carried out using the equity-percentile process. The percentile rank of the candidates in each shift is calculated. A score of up to two decimal points will be provided for normalisation purposes. Once it’s done, the final scores are rounded to 2 decimal digits. The cut-off percentile is decided based on the vacancies.
Candidates will need to clear the Mains cut-off to be eligible for the provisional allotment. Depending upon the number of State-wise or UT-wise vacancies available and merit cum preference, the cut-off will be decided. The candidates will be normalised to 100, and the final merit list will be created.
