Candidates must be aware of the IDBI Assistant Manager Recruitment 2023 process and ensure their eligibility before applying for the exam. Those who pass the first stage will be the only ones eligible for the further round of the selection process. The selection process includes the following stages:

• Online Test (OT),
• Document Verification (DV),
• Personal Interviews (PI) and
• Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)

IDBI Assistant Manager Personal Interview

Candidates who crack the IDBI Assistant Manager online test will be invited for an in-person interview. The bank will decide the number of applicants to be called for a personal interview. IDBI will select an appropriate number of candidates in each category for interviews.

Applicants will be questioned about their personal lives, experiences, educational backgrounds, current events, and other topics. During the interview, they will have the opportunity to respond to the panellists in either Hindi or English.

IDBI Assistant Manager Document Verification & PRMT

Candidates who clear the interview round will be called for document verification and a pre-recruitment medical test. They have to submit the following documents for verification:
