JKCET Counselling 2022: Seat Allotment Process

The exam authority will conduct the JKCET 2022 counselling for allotting seats to all eligible candidates based on their merit. JKCET Counselling Process 2022

Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) will conduct the JKCET 2022 counselling in 2 rounds. The first round will be in online mode, and the second round will be offline. The steps involved in JKCET Counselling are as follows:

1st Step: Counselling Registration

The first step for counselling is to register for JKCET counselling. To register for the JKCET Counselling, candidates need to enter the such as:

• Roll number
• JKCET rank

• Email ID
• Mobile number

After entering these details, a password will be generated, and candidates need to preserve this for future purposes.

2nd Step: Choice Filling

Candidates must fill in the choices of colleges and courses according to their preferences. The candidate for the seat allotment should fill in the choices. The choice filling is nothing but providing candidates with preferred colleges and courses as per a priority. JKBOPEE will also have a mock choice filling before the actual choice filling. 3rd Step: Pay Counselling Fee

After filling out the choices, candidates need to pay the counselling fees of Rs. 1200 through online mode (credit/debit card or net banking)

4th Step: Locking of the Filled Choice

5th Step: Seat Allotment

JKBOPEE will allot the seats based on various factors such as rank, preference made by the candidate, seat availability, category, etc. Depending on these factors, the candidates will be allotted a suitable seat.
