Candidates must complete 16 years of age on or before July 31, 2023.
Nationality Criteria
Indian candidates will be able to apply and participate in SRMJEEE 2023. NRI, PIO, or OCI card holders are eligible to apply and participate in the SRMJEEE 2023. In addition, candidates who don’t want to take the admission exam can apply via the international student category.

For all B.Tech Programmes (excluding Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, and Genetic Engineering)
A minimum of 50% passing grade in the 10+2 or equivalent exam is required. Additionally, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics must be present as the major subjects. Furthermore, 60% is the required minimum percentage on the SRM AP qualifying test.
B.Tech Course (Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, and Genetic Engineering)
Candidates must have the subject combination of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology/Botany & Zoology/Biotechnology as major subjects having a minimal percentage aggregate of 50%.
Others
Candidates who completed their 12th grade at NIOS are also eligible to apply. But, they are not qualified to apply for SRMJEEE 2023 if they also completed their 10th standard at NIOS. Candidates who have earned a Foreign Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma or A-level at any international school having Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Botany & Zoology, or Biotechnology as the main topics are also acceptable.
