How to Download SRMJEEE Result 2023?
Please note that the candidates will not receive the SRMJEEE Results 2023 in offline mode. Candidates have to download it from the official website. You can follow the steps as under to download SRMJEEE Rank Card:
1st Step: Go to the official website of SRMJEEE at srmist.edu.in.
2nd Step: Under the admissions menu, click on the link “SRMJEEE Result Released”.
3rd Step: Login by entering your application number and DOB.
4th Step: SRMJEEE results will be visible on the screen.
5th Step: Check your rank and download the SRMJEEE rank card.
6th Step: Take a printout of the rank card for further reference.
SRMJEEE Result: Normalisation Procedure
The SRMJEEE takes place in different slots, and the difficulty level may vary from one slot to another. Normalisation is to conduct a fair exam so that authorities can compare the marks irrespective of the slots.
Normalisation factors:
- What is the average score in your slot,
- Number of candidates present in the slot who have less than the average score and
- The total number of candidates present in your slot.
Undernormalisationn, you will have two types of marks:
- Raw marks, which are your actual marks. Normalised marks are the marks that you get after normalisation.
SRMJEEE Result & Merit List
Here are a few things about merit cards you need to note:
- The merit list has two parts: The final drawing list and the waiting list.
- It releases on the official website of SRMJEEE.
- It releases after the SRMJEEE result is published. So if your name is on the merit list, then only you will get a call for the SRMJEEE counselling 2023.
- A merit list is generated based on your marks scored in the SRMJEEE exam 2023. This year, however, it will be based on your performance in class 12 or the equivalent exam.
- Those candidates whose names are present in the final drawing list get the seat first. Then the remaining seats will be given to the candidates appearing on the waiting list.
