IBPS Clerk Application Form 2023: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will release the IBPS Clerk application form on the official website on July 1, 2023. Once the application form is released, all interested and eligible candidates can submit their application form along with the required documents for the IBPS Clerk exam 2023 through the official website. The last date to apply online for IBPS Clerk CRP – XIII is July 21, 2023.

Latest Updates: – As per a short notice, the IBPS Clerk CRP-XIII for 2024-25 vacancies application form submission will begin on July 1, 2023 and continue till July 21, 2023.
The application fee is INR 600 for General/ EWS/ OBC candidates and INR 100 for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates. IBPS Clerk Application Form: Important Dates
Candidates planning to apply for IBPS Clerk need to know about important events and dates. The IBPS Clerk recruitment schedule for 2023 is tabulated below:
Age Limit: The candidate must be between the age of 20 to 28 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than July 02, 1995 and not later than July 01, 2003.
Educational Qualifications: The candidate must have a graduation degree in any discipline from an institute recognized by the Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Computer Knowledge and Proficiency in Local Language: Candidates need to have an operating and working knowledge of computers. Also, the candidate must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in the local language of the state/union territory they have applied for.

IBPS Clerk Exam Online Registration Process
The IBPS Clerk applications will be accepted only through online mode. Check out the steps to apply for IBPS Clerk 2023 as under:
2nd Step: Click on the online application link provided to apply for IBPS CRP Clerk-XI.
3rd Step: A new page will open. Click on the link “Click Here to Apply Online for Supplementary Common Recruitment Process for Clerk – XII”.
4th Step: A new page will open. Now click the link, ‘Click here for New Registration’. Candidates can find this link at the top right corner of the page.
5th Step: Enter the basic details such as name, mobile number, email ID, etc. and submit the details. Once submitted, a ‘Registration Number’ and ‘Password’ will be generated and sent to the registered ’email ID’ and ‘mobile number’.
6th Step: Login to the account using the respective ‘Registration Number’ and ‘Password’. Now, enter your personal details, educational details, work experiences, exam centre preference, etc. The IBPS Clerk Application Form filling is in three sub-sections. So, click the ‘Save and Next’ button to save and move to the next section.
7th Step: Upload the scanned copies of the respective photo, signature, thumb impression, and declaration in the prescribed format (given below). Candidates must check the preview of the IBPS Clerk Application Form to validate the entered details. Candidates can edit the IBPS Clerk Application Form to make the necessary changes. No further changes will be allowed once the application form is submitted. So, make sure the details are correct.
8th Step: Now select the preferred online payment mode, such as Debit Card/Credit Card or Net Banking, for the IBPS Clerk fee payment. Make the payment as per category. An e-receipt will be generated after the successful payment of the application fee.
9th Step: Now click on the “Submit” button for the final submission of the IBPS Clerk Application Form.
10th Step: Take a few hard copies of the IBPS Clerk Application Form and e- receipt for future reference.
Specification of Scanned Documents
As mentioned above, candidates must upload scanned images of their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and declaration during the IBPS Clerk registration process. The specifications of these documents are as under:

Here are some essential points regarding the IBPS Clerk Application Process 2023:
The photograph must be a recent passport-sized colour photo with a light background.
The applicant must sign on white paper with black ink to scan and upload the same.
Signature and Hand Written Declaration in Capital Letters shall not be accepted.
Candidates must give their left thumb impression on white paper with blue/ black ink. The thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged.
The declaration should be in English only. Candidates must clearly write the declaration on white paper with a black ink pen.
The signature, left a thumb impression, and handwritten declaration should be of the applicant, not any other person.
If the candidate’s signature on the attendance sheet or admit card, signed at the time of the examination, does not match the signature uploaded, the application will be rejected.
