Steps to Fill Out the RRB NTPC CBT 1 Application Form

Candidates can follow the below steps to submit their application forms for the RRB NTPC exam:

RRB NTPC Registration 2023

Candidates must first register themselves to fill out the application form. Follow the below-mentioned steps to register:

• Visit the RRB’s official website.
• Click on ‘New Registration’ link.
• Choose the respective RRB you wish to apply for (Once selected, the same cannot be changed after the preliminary registration is completed).
• Click the insructiont check box as confirmation to prove that the candidate has read and understood the instructions clearly.

RRB NTPC Registration Details

Candidates must provide all the required information accurately. The following is the list of details candidates must provide while registering:

• Candidate’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Father‘s and Mother‘s Name
• Aadhaar Number
• SSLC/Matric Roll Number
• Mobile Number
• Email-ID
• Passing Year

RRB NTPC Registration Verification

The candidate’s email id and mobile number will be verified with an OTP. Candidates must enter OTPs to complete the application form and make payment through the OTP activation link. Once candidates successfully activate the OTP, their registration number will be generated, and the same will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID and mobile number.

RRB NTPC Application Form Filling

Candidates can begin filling out the online application form by clicking the ‘Candidate Login’ button on the home page using their login credentials, i.e. registration number and password. After logging in, candidates must provide their educational qualification, gender, community, religion, PwBD, minority, Ex-SM, economically backward class, age relaxation eligibility category and other details.

Candidates who appear for the RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam will be eligible to receive the application fee refund. In order to do so, candidates must confirm their account details to receive the fee refund.

The following are the list of documents candidates must upload while filling out the application form:

• The photograph must be 35mm x 45mm or 320 x 240 pixels in JPG/JPEG format
• The photograph size must be between 20 to 50 kb
• The signature dimension must be 50 mm x 20 mm/140 x 60 pixels
• The file size must be between 10 kb to 40 kb

SC/ST Certificate Upload

If the candidate belongs to the SC/ST community and opts to avail of free railway travel, they must upload a scanned copy of their SC/ST certificates.
