SSC MTS 2022 Job Profile

Candidates who are recruited through SSC MTS fall under Non-Technical or Group “C” Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial posts. Some of the posts which are available through SSC MTS 2022 are:

SSC MTS 2022 Promotions

Candidates who are selected through SSC MTS 2022 will receive increased in-hand salary after their promotion. It is important for the candidates to know the criteria for promotion. An overview of promotion criteria is given below:

Employees can also get promoted to Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)  through departmental examination. Candidates do not have to qualify the SSC CHSL examination to become LDC and enjoy the in-hand salary of the ones who are selected through SSC CHSL. If an employee has served more than 5 to 6 years then they are promoted to LDC upon vacancies.

Furthermore, any employee who is selected through MTS and is LDC can get promoted to Upper Division Clerk (UDC) by giving another departmental examination. A candidate can also get promoted from LDC to UDC after a certain years of service upon vacancies.
