TS EAMCET Exam Pattern 2023: JNTUH has released the TS EAMCET 2023 exam pattern along with the information brochure on the official website, i.e., eamcet.tsche.ac.in. According to the exam pattern of TS EAMCET 2023, the question paper will contain 160 objective-type questions from Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. The duration of the test is 3 hours. Each correct question will be given 1 mark, while no marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.

TS EAMCET Exam Pattern 2023: Marking Scheme

TSCHE follows a specific marking scheme in the TS EAMCET. Separate question papers are created for each course, each with a unique structure and level of questions.
The Engineering paper consists of three sections:

  • Physics (40 questions)
  • Chemistry (40 questions)
  • Mathematics/Biology (80 Questions).

  • TS EAMCET 2023 will be a computer-based test.
  • Candidates must practice the online mock tests available over the official website of TS EAMCET (eamcet.tsche.ac.in).

  • TS EAMCET 2022 was conducted in two shifts every day (Shift 1 Forenoon – 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and Shift 2 Afternoon – 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM).

Important Point for the TS EAMCET exam 

Let us look at the key pointers related to TS EAMCET 2023 exam.

  • If the qualifying examination is in Telugu, candidates may choose the English and Telugu papers, and if the examination is in Urdu, candidates may choose the English and Urdu papers.
  • The English version will be considered final due to the discrepancy in questions in bilingual papers, such as ambiguity in translation.
  • Candidates should arrive at the TS EAMCET exam venue at least an hour before the exam begins.
  • There are four options for each question. It would be best to choose the most suitable option.
  • Candidates must score higher than the minimum qualifying marks to appear for TS EAMCET 2022 Counselling.

TS EAMCET 2023 Minimum Qualifying Marks

  • According to previous year trends, the minimum qualifying marks to pass the TS EAMCET are 25% of the total marks considered for the ranking.

Rules and Regulations of TS EAMCET Exam 2023

Candidates can go through the below points to know the TS EAMCET rules and regulations.

1. A day before the exam, candidates should confirm the location of the examination centre.
2. In any case, late arrival or entry of the candidate is not permissible in the exam centre.
3. Carry the completed application form, a recent colour photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer (or) the Principal of the College), the TS EAMCET 2023 Admit Card, and a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
4. The admit cards that have been mutilated, disfigured, or dismantled, compromising the information of candidates, will not be accepted.
5. It is not permitted to leave the examination hall before completing the exam hours, which is 3 hours.
6. Cell phones, pagers, calculators, electronic watches, and mathematical/log tables are not permitted.
