UPTET Paper 2 Eligibility 2023: The Uttar Pradesh Teaching Eligibility Test (UPTET) is a state-level exam conducted once a year by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) to find suitable candidates for different teaching posts.   • 1st Step: Visit Embibe’s official website, i.e., embibe.com.
  • 2nd Step: Use the mobile number/email to log in.
  • 3rd Step: Click on the menu bar “Getting a Government Job” 
  • 4th Step: Select the Goal “Teaching” from the Dropdown and click on “Next”.
  • 5th Step: Search and Select “UPTET Paper 2” on the search bar and click on “Next”.
  • 6th Step: Select the preferred language and click on “Done”.
  • 7th Step: Click “Test” from the Header Section.

UPTET Paper 2 Eligibility 2023: Educational Qualification

Candidates have to satisfy any one of the criteria given below to be eligible for UPTET Paper 2:

  • Candidates must have completed the graduation from a recognised college/university and a 2-year duration DElEd (BTC).
  • Candidates must have passed graduation or post-graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates who passed or appearing in the final year of BEd/ BEd Special Education are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates should have completed their Class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks. Along with this, they should have completed a 4-year duration BScEd/ BSc BEd from a UGC/ National Council for Teacher Education recognised institution. Candidates who are in the final year of BScEd/ BSc BEd are also eligible to apply.
  • Candidates should have completed their Class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, candidates should have completed a 4-year BElEd. Candidates in their final year of BElEd may also apply.
  • Candidates should have completed their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. In addition, candidates should have completed a 1-year duration BEd.

There are no restrictions on the number of times you can take the UPTET exam. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifying criteria of UPTET 2023 can apply. The UPTET exam does not require any prior experience. Candidates after graduation can apply for UPTET recruitment.
